摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道,要把高校思想政治理论课建设成为大学生真心喜爱、终身受益的优秀课程,教师是关键。在教师资格认定中,以非相关专业背景申报"思想政治教育"教师资格的情形,潜藏着影响思想政治理论课教学效果的因素。因此,应从教师资格认证工作开始,关注高校政治理论课教师素质。Ideological and political theory courses are the main channel for university students to carry out ideological and political ed ucation. Teachers are the key to making the ideological and political theory course an excellent one which is truly favored by university students. During the course of teacher qualifying, if teachers without relevant professional background apply for the qualification of ＂the ideological and political education＂, there will be potential impact on ideological and political theory teaching. Therefore, attention should be paid to the quality of college political and ideological teachers starting from the identification of teacher qualification.
