摘　　要：教育部颁布的《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》为普通高师院校师范生教育技术能力培养提供了重要的依据。本文从师范生教育技术能力培养出发,通过对师范生教育实习的现状调查及问题分析,提出并探索从教师养成教育、模拟教学实习方面做好师范生实习前的心理和业务准备;全程指导和跟踪管理,规范教育实习的评价与考核;以《标准》为导向,强化教育实习,提高师范生的教育技术能力。＂The Educational Technology Capability Standard of Primary and Secondary School Teachers （for trial implementation） ＂ issued by the Ministry of Education provides an important basis, for training the education- oriented students in universities or colleges. This paper investigates the situation of these students＇ and analyzes the problems in their teaching practice, proposes and explores how to get them psychologically and academically prepared. Management, guidance, evaluation and assessment of the process of teaching practice are discussed. The purpose of strengthening teaching practice is to improve the students＇ abilities in educational technology.
