创新校园主题活动培养现代服务业类高职学生职业素养的思考

摘　　要：现代服务业需要从业人员具有较高的职业素养。当前,高职院校现代服务业类学生存在职业角色和规范、职业适应能力、创新精神、合作意识等职业素养欠缺问题。校园主题活动是提升学生综合职业素养的有效途径。培养现代服务业人才的高职院校应以职业素养的培养为核心,创新开展思想教育、社会实践、技能展示、文娱体育、思维创新、节日庆祝等校园主题活动,以此提升学生的综合职业素养。Modern service requires higher professional qualifications for the employee.But the higher vocational college students of modern service still are more or less lack of awareness of profession,ability of adjustment,and sense of cooperation and innovation.Theme activities on campus are effective approach to promote students comprehensive professional qualifications.Hence,higher vocational colleges must place the cultivation of students＇ professional qualifications as the focus to innovate moral education,to implement various theme activities,such as field practice,skill practice,and recreational sports,thinking skill training,festival celebrations etc.
