摘  要:以龙眼核为原料,采用超声辅助法提取其中的棕色素.在单因素实验基础上,通过响应面法优化其提取工艺.结果表明:色素提取率随着提取温度、提取时间和超声功率的延长而增加,响应面分析得到的回归模型能够较好地预测实际提取率,最佳工艺条件为提取温度69℃,提取时间52 m in,超声功率162 W.The brown pigment has been extracted from the longan seed by the ultrasonic -assisted method. On the basis of single - factor experiments, the optimal extraction conditions have been obtained by using the response surface analysis. The results showed that the rate of pigment extraction increases with extraction temperature, extraction time and the power. The practical extraction rate could be well revealed in accordance with the prediction value of the regression model obtained by response surface analysis. And the optimum ultrasonic extraction is as follows: extraction temperature is 69 ℃, extraction time is 52 min, and extraction power is 162 W.
