摘　　要：目的建立适合我国食品污染物监测工作需求的食品和监测物质数据信息词表,并能够灵活应用到全国食品污染物监测网络平台系统中。方法参照国际国内食品、污染物和食品添加剂分类编码等标准,结合我国食品污染物监测实际工作特点,制定出食品和监测物质数据信息词表。结果建立了满足实际应用,又与国际相接轨的标准化食品和监测物质信息词表。结论食品和监测物质数据信息词表有效地规范了食品污染物监测工作,并能够为食品污染物监测工作质量提供技术保证作用。Objective To establish food and monitoring substances data-information dictionaries which are suitable for the requirement of our national food contaminants monitoring,and can be applied into the network platform of the national contaminants monitoring. Methods Refer to the international food and monitoring substances classification and coding system,and take into account the character of china food contaminant monitoring,to establish food and contaminant data-information dictionaries. Results Draft out the food and monitoring substance data-information dictionaries which should be adapt of practical application and be in line with international. Conclusion Food and monitoring substances data-information dictionaries effectively control the food contaminants monitoring, and provide technique assurance for the quality of food contaminants monitoring.
