摘　　要：在积极心理运动影响下产生的积极组织管理研究近年来发展迅速。积极组织管理主要探索如何激发和运用员工以及组织中的积极力量,以促进员工、组织和社会和谐共赢地健康发展。其中,积极力量包含员工的积极心理个性和心理状态,以及组织的积极特征和氛围。积极组织管理研究目前尚处在起步阶段,其定义、测量、实现机制等有待进一步研究。On the basis of positive psychological movement, positive organizational management study has been developed rapidly. Positive organizational management studies how to inspire and exert the organizational positive strength to promote employee and organization harmonious development. The positive strength consist of positive traits, positive states and positive organizations. Nowadays, the positive organizational management study is still in primary step, and its concept, measurement, run mechanism needs further explorernent.
