摘　　要：标准化病人(Standardized Patients,SP)已经广泛应用于医学教育领域和教学成果评估过程中,文章通过对哈医大第二临床医学院住院医师考核中SP应用情况的分析、总结,阐述SP在住院医师考核中应用的可行性及必要性,为SP的多方面应用提供参考。SP technique has been extensively applied to both the medical education field and the process of teaching achievement evaluation. This paper elaborates the feasibility and essentiality of the SP＇ s application in resident proficiency assessment, by the way of analyzing and summarizing SP＇s using circumstances in resident examination held by Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, which can supply SP＇s multiple application with references.
