摘 要:目的:掌握卫生学校学生的营养状况并提出改进建议。方法:采用整群抽样方法,抽取南京某卫生学校两个年级的学生作为研究对象,进行膳食调查。结果:学生的全天能量及多种营养素(包括蛋白质、维生素和矿物质)摄入情况不佳;三大热能营养素供热比例基本合理,但三餐膳食热能比失调。04级学生营养状况总体上要优于05级学生。结论:该卫生学校学生营养状况有待进一步改善;在改善学生膳食营养状况方面营养教学可能产生效果。Objective:To understand about the present nutritional status of the female students in Nanjing Nurse School and give the improving suggestion for them. Methods:The students who were in Grade 04 and Grade 05 of Nanjing Nurse School were selected as our objects by cluster sampling. The dietary status of the students was investigated. Results:The dietary intakes of energy and some nutrients (including protein, several vitamins, and several minerals) did not meet the requirements. The proportions of the calorie supplied by three energy nutrients were generally suitable. But the proportions of the calorie supplied by three kinds of meals were in maladjustment. The nutritional status of the students in Grade 04 was better than that of the students in Grade 05. Conclusion: The nutritional status of the students in Nanjing Nurse School needs to be improved; nutritional teaching may do the deed on improving the nutritional status of the students, and further study need to be conducted to replicate this conclusion.
