摘 要:用统计方法研究啤酒发酵液中微生物的分布特点,利用NA、UBA培养基检测发酵液前、后液体中的微生物数量,用统计方法对实验数据进行处理,得到如下结论:从总体来看,微生物分布较为均衡,但是发酵罐对微生物的分布影响较大。Distribution of microbe of beer fermented liquid was studied by statistical methods in this experiment. Microbial colonies were measured before and after fermented using NA, UBA medium,and experimental data was deal with statistical methods.The conclusions were obtained ..taking as a whole, micro-organisms were distributed in average, but fomenters had a greater impact on the distribution of micro-organisms of beer fermented liquid.
