摘　　要：根据教学翻译与翻译教学理论,在大学英语教学的基础阶段应重视教学翻译,在应用提高阶段则应重视翻译教学,以培养既懂英语又懂专业的翻译人才。According to the theories of pedagogical translation and pedagogy of translation,at the basic stage of college English,importance should be attached to the pedagogical translation,while at the higher stage,importance should be attached to pedagogy of translation,cultivating translation talents who are both masters of English and Specialty.
