摘　　要：引入乘子法及非单调技术,给出了一种利用乘子法和罚函数法求解非线性二层规划的简单方法,并通过数值试验,验证算法的可行性。In this paper, we introduce the multiplier method and the non-monotonic technology, and give an effective algorithm for nonlinear bilevel programming, which is based on the multiplier method and penalty method. The numerical result is also given to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.
