摘 要:为了缩短葡萄干的干制时间,保证品质,利用新疆地区充足的太阳能,研制了一种新型的集热太阳能干制设备。在新疆哈密地区进行了无核白葡萄的干制实验,使用无纸记录仪对干燥期间太阳能晾房和传统晾房内的温度、湿度进行了监测。结果表明,干燥期间太阳能干燥设备的温度较高,集热效果显著,可以有效地加快干燥速率,使干燥时间从原来的45d缩短到14~20d,湿度随干燥时间的延长而降低。同时,产品的绿极品率从传统晾房的50%提高到80%,维C含量也比传统晾房高1倍。A new type of solar drying equipment was developed in order to shorten the drying time, and improve the quality in Hami, Xinjiang, China. Drying experiments of white seedless grapes had been studied, and a kind of paperless recorder was used to memorize the temperature and the humidity in both equipments. The results showed that the temperature was higher, and drying effect was very remarkable in the Solar energy equipment. As compared with the traditional shelter, the drying time was shortened from 45 days to 14 - 20 days. And the humidity was reduced during period. At the same time, the green grade of products increased to 80% from 50% , and vitamin C content was also doubled.
