高校成人非学历教育发展与创新的若干思考

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育由精英化教育向大众化教育发展,高校成人教育面临着新的发展危机,其原因之一就是忽略了成人非学历教育。高校大力发展成人非学历教育是社会经济发展和终身教育、学习化社会发展的必要要求,高校开展成人非学历教育必须对教育资源进行整合、创新管理体制。The colleges and universities are facing developing crisis in adult education with the development from the master education to the mass education. The reason is that non-academic degree education is neglected. This paper puts forward the significance, some problems and the ways to solve these problems for the development of non-academic degree education.
