摘　　要：GaAs太阳电池由于其性能优越,成为了光伏领域的发展重点。简单介绍了GaAs基Ⅲ-Ⅴ族多结太阳电池的应用和研究进展,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。GaAs solar cells have become a focus in the photovoltaic field because of the unique advantages which are superior to other solar cells. The research progresses on GaAs based Ⅲ-Ⅴ multi-junction solar cells are briefly illustrated. Besides, the future trends are also presented.
