摘 要:为优化当归多糖的水法提取工艺,运用响应面分析方法,研究浸提时间、浸提温度、浸提次数对当归多糖提取率的影响,并对其工艺参数进行优化。试验结果表明,响应值与各试验因子之间存在显著的线性相关性,二次回归方程为Y=5.8467+0.5088X1+0.1125X2+0.1263X3-0.3783X12-0.1525X1X2-0.3558X22-0.045X1X3+0.0075X2X3-0.2083X32。水提当归多糖的最佳工艺参数为浸提温度85℃、浸提时间2h、浸提2次、料水比1∶10。To study the extraction conditions of water-soluble polysaccharide from A. sinesis. The effect of time, temperature, ratio of material to water (W/V), extraction times on the yield of polysaccharide were discussed and the technology parameters were optimized by response surface analysis (RSA). The results showed that there exists a good correlation between response values and experimental factors, and the regression equation was Y=5.8467+0.5088X1+ 0.1125X2+0.1263X3-0.3783X1^2-0.1525X1X2-0.3558X2^2-0.045X1X3+0.0075X2X3-0.2083X3^2. The optimum technology parameters were: extracting for 2h at 85℃ with 1:10 ratio of A. sinesis powder to water and with 2 times' repetition.
