摘　　要：给出了一个高阶导数形式的、广义的C auchy型的T ay lor公式,它将数学分析中一阶微分形式的C auchy中值定理推广到高阶导数形式,同时它也是T ay lor中值定理的推广.Taylor＇s formula of having the form of higher order derivative and generalized Cauchy type is obtained, which extends Cauchy＇s mean-value theorem of differential form of first order in mathematical analysis to the form of higher order derivative, and is the spread of Taylor＇s mean-value theorem.
