摘 要:中国医科大学在七年制临床医学专业的心血管内科学教学中引入以问题为基础学习教学方法,为了解学生对以问题为基础学习教学方法的主观适应性,在教学结束后进行了问卷调查。结果显示:学生对该教学方法的主观适应性总体良好,且学生对教学的适应性随着教师教学经验的积累和教学水平的提高而越来越好。但是,不利的客观条件的存在对学生的主观适应性有一定的影响,而改变不利条件义可以使适应性得到相应的提高。The PBL teaching method was introduced to the seven-year program students of China Medical University. In order to know the subjective adaptation of the students to the problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method, the questionnaire investigation was made to estimate the subjective adaptation of the students to the PBL teaching method. The result showed that the students had good subjective adaptation to the PBL teaching method, and the adaptation got better when the accumulation of the teacher' s teaching experience became more. But the existence of the bad objective conditions had adverse impacts on it, while improving these conditions could enhance the adaptation of the students to this new teaching method.
