摘　　要：人力资源管理专业实践教学是摆脱高等教育困境和提高专业人才培养质量的有效途径，而实践教学平台建设是其中的薄弱环节，其构建刻不容缓。文中分析了我国高校人力资源管理专业实践教学平台构建存在的问题，并分别从校内基地和校外基地建设方面提出了建议。The practice teaching of Human Resource Management specialty is an effective way to improve the quality of students, while the construction of practice teaching platform is one of the weak links, it must be constructed without delay.In the article, I had analyzed the problems of it, also put forward to some proposal.
