地方综合性院校一体化教师教育体系的构建

摘　　要：构建一体化的教师教育体系以教师专业化和终身教育思想为理论基础。相对地方综合性院校而言,当下教师教育存在机构设置不合理、职前职后教育失范、师范专业去师范化、课程有效性不高等问题。地方综合性院校教师教育体系一体化构建应体现连续性和整体性,在培养培训机构与教学管理机制、培养与培训目标以及实施教育教学过程等方面体现一体化要求。To construct the integration of teachers development should be on the theoretical bases of teachers＇ specialization and all-life education, and manifest the sustainability and wholeness of preparing teachers＇ pre-jobbed development and pest-job training. The paper suggests that the integration of teachers development system at the local comprehensive colleges shows in the aspects of the relationships between training institutions and teaching administative system, training goals and training demands, and precedure of carrying on educating.
