摘  要:研究了木薯淀粉水解液作为碳源对小球藻生长量、油脂总量和脂肪酸的影响。结果表明,氮源浓度为0.05mol/L时,小球藻生物量在30g/L木薯淀粉水解液浓度下达到最大值,为9.5g/L;小球藻总脂含量达最高值,为45.9%,其产量4.36g/L;小球藻脂肪酸的主要组成为C18和C16,最大产率为1.37g/L。The effects of a novel carbon source, hydrolyzed cassava starch, on the changes of oil content and biomass ofchlorella protothecoides were studied in this paper. The optimum glucose and nitrogen source contents were of 30 g/L and 0.05 mol/L, respectively, under which the maximum oil content and biomass reached 4.36g/L and 9.5g/L, respectively. The main components of the lipid were C16 and C18 fatty acids and their maximum yield reached 1.37 g/L.
