摘　　要：对话教学是相对于传统讲解式教学而言的一种教学方式。已有的对话教学实践存在着观念、过程与效果的不公平性,需要通过重塑教学观念、提升职业素养与健全激励机制途径,促进对话教学公平。Dialogue-based teaching is one of teaching methods, contrasted with the traditional expository teaching. There is unfairness in the practice of dialogue-based teaching in terms of concept, process and effect. We need promote the fairness of dialogue-based teaching by way of reshaping the concept of teaching, improving professional quality and mechanism of incentives.
