摘  要:结合对中职教师培训体系和中职教师专业化及其培养体系内涵的分析认为,中职教师继续教育的培训内容,应结合职前培养的内容,注意保持衔接性、连贯性、和科学性;在培养和培训中都要明确,职业(岗位)专业化与教育专业化方面的学习必须紧密结合;培训体系必须以能力标准为导向,以能力现状为基础,及时更新教育教学理念,使中职教师的培训动态变化,以满足教师培训的时效性、实用性要求。According to analysis on the connotation of secondary vocational school teaehers' training system and specialization of secondary vocational school teachers and its cultivation system, the essay put forward that, the content of further education of secondary vocational school teachers should combine with the content of initial cultivation and pay attention to linkage, consistency and seientificity, and the following aspects should be clarified: professional (post) must be combined with educational specialization; the training system must take ability standard as the guidance, take ability situation as the basis, update education and teaching view in time and achieve dynamical change of training to meet the time and practical demand of teacher training.
