摘　　要：高职高专应用型人才培养的重要质量标准之一就是毕业生是否具有就业竞争力以及目标岗位的快速适应能力。结合浙江工业大学浙西分校的计算机类专业改革实践,介绍了以目标岗位(群)为导向,以专业核心能力培育为抓手,"校企合作,能力本位"的计算机类专业人才培养模式的探索与实践。One of the important standards of cultivating applicable talents in higher vocational colleges is to see whether graduates are qualified with employment competence and the rapid applicable competence for object post.Combining the reform practice of computer major in West Branch of Zhejiang University of Technology,this paper introduces the exploration and practice of professional talents training mode for computer major with the cooperation between college and enterprise and competence standard,which is oriented with object post group and seized by the training of professional core competence.
