摘　　要：应用权函数和实分析技巧,建立一个核含双参数的-4齐次有最佳常数因子的Hilbert型积分不等式及其等价式.作为应用,给出它的逆向不等式.By means of weight functions and the method of real analysis, this paper gives a new Hil- bert-type integral inequality with the homogeneous kernel of -4-degree and its equivalent form with two parameters and a best constant factor. As its applications, the reverse forms are considered.
