摘 要:加强高水平教学团队的建设,对于高等学校进一步推动教学改革和学科建设,提高教师素质、教学能力以及人才培养质量具有重要意义。综合性课程与其他课程相比,对师资的要求更高。教师应具备工程实践能力,具备策划、组织、实施项目的能力等等,因此工科综合性课程教学团队的建设有其自身的特点。工科综合性课程教学团队的建设将对应用性本科工科人才的培养具有举足轻重的作用。在总结应用性本科综合性课程教学团队建设实践经验的基础上,就建设应用型本科工科教学团队在团队构成、团队带头人、团队文化、团队成员素质提高、团队的教学与教学研究以及团队的教材建设等方面提出了几点意见。It is significant to strengthen the building of a reform and discipline construction as well as for teacher high standard teaching team for further promoting teaching development, teaching improvement and talent training in colleges and universities. Compared with other college courses, comprehensive courses are more demanding for teachers in that teachers must have the knowledge of engineering practices as well as the ability to plan, organize and implement projects, etc. Thus building a teaching team for a comprehensive engineering course has its own characteristics. Therefore, it plays a decisive role in applied undergraduate engineering personnel training. Based on the analysis of the previous relevant experiences, several suggestions are given. It involves team composition, improvement of team members' quality, team' s teaching and teaching research as well construction. team leader, team culture ; as team's teaching material
