摘  要:中职教育的发展一直是国家和地方教育部门关注的重点,特别在可持续发展方面,人们一直不断地探索,但始终没有一种比较合适的模式。深圳广播电视大学通过对中职教育和开放教育的对比,进行了大胆的研究实践,先推出了"3+X"的培养模式,之后通过对开放教育和中职教育相关政策的研究,结合开放教育和中职教育的实际,提出了"中职—电大连读"学分制培养模式。本文通过对"中职—电大直通车"学分制培养模式的产生背景、模式的确定、政策依据、意义、内涵及主要内容、专业选择及教学计划制定等方面的研究,全面阐述"中职—电大连读"学分制培养模式,指出该模式是中职教育可持续发展的最佳模式之一,并将会对开放教育注入新的生机与活力。The development of vocational education is an issue concerned by our nation and local education departments, but its suitable development mode has been not found yet. By making comparison between secondary vocational education and open education, Shenzhan Radio and TV University has carried out a bold attempt. At first, "3+X" training mode was practiced, followed by credit training mode in "Secondary Vocational School - TV University Express Train" through relevant rules and experience. The article studies the background, rules, meanings and the connotation of this new mode, illustrates its credit training mode, and points out that it is one of the best sustainable modes of vocational education, it will bring new vigor and vitality into open education
