摘  要:本文认为,在以工业文明为背景的20世纪文化、教育土壤中,不可能直接生长出21世纪的学习文化和教育体系。当前迅速发展的网络文化新环境,正在孕育出新一代教师和学生,但却受到各种现行观念、政策、体制的阻碍和束缚。信息时代学习新文化的生成发展,必然要经历一个曲折、坎坷的过程,为了寻找、选择阻力和代价较少的前进道路,需要具有全球化战略眼光和教育智慧的教育改革家们联合起来,不断总结和提升来自教育实践中的新思想、新技术、新经验,设计和推动教育系统在复杂、渐进的矛盾运动中实现学习方式的历史变革。文章总结了笔者近15年来在学习文化创新中经历的三个阶段,从学习方式的教育哲学视野中提出了"整体生成学习论",和其中所包含的"学习技能整体结构模型";"学校变革的理念和策略模型";"信息技术环境下的考试创新模型",并从五个方面概括了全球化时代的教育智慧。From the cultural and educational soil of the 20th century, which is based on the Industrial Revolution, a new learning cultural and educational system for the 21th century is not possible to grow. The contemporary developing rapidly net culture is nurturing a new generation of teachers and students while constrained and hindered by various prevalent ideas, policies and systems. The formation of a new learning culture of information age is a long and tortuous way which demands the educational reformers of global strategic perspective and wisdom to be united, summarize and theorize the new thoughts, technologies and experiments from educational practice, design and promote the historical reform of the learning methods in the complex and progressive contradictory movement of educational systems. This paper summarizes 3 stages the writer experienced in 15 years of study of learning sciences, and from the perspective of educational philosophy, proposes the “systemic evolving learning theory” and 3 inclusive models of “integrative learning capacities”, “philosophies and strategies of school reform”, and “reformed examinations in the context of information technology”, and sums up the educational wisdom of the globalization age from 5 aspects.
