摘 要:在分析啤酒酵母吸附镉离子的各种影响因素的基础上,采用2m3吸附装置及与之匹配的后分离设备进行了扩大实验。结果表明,啤酒酵母对镉离子的生物吸附的最佳条件:pH为7.0、吸附时间为90min、酵母加入量为10g/L、搅拌转数为25r/min。在该最佳条件下,镉离子的回收率为96.8%。同时,探讨了利用啤酒废酵母处理含镉废水的可行性。In this article,the progress of adsorbing the cadmium in electroplating wastewater by biological ways with waste brewer s yeast were studied. The factors during absorbing were analyzed and the 2 m3 equipment and the separaters were used to make enlarged experiments. The optimum conditions were as follows:100 mg/L yeast was added at pH 7.0 to absorb cadmium within the electroplating wastewater for 90 min,and the adsorption rate was 92.75%. The feasibility of industrial absorbtion was studied.
