摘　　要：对生产降血压活性肽蛋白酶Ｅ的水解参数作一研究，反相ＨＰＬＣ分析表明：产物中至少有１８种肽。The hydrolysis parameters in our test are studied.Amino acid analysis shows the principal amino acid in the hydrolysate are Asp、Arg、Leu、Glu etc,there are more than 18 kinds peptides in the peptide mapping and mainly range from dipeptide to hexapeptide.
