摘　　要：在20世纪80年代中期的美国教师专业化运动中,霍姆斯小组在《明天的教师》(1986)报告中提出了建立PDS(Professional Development Schools,专业发展学校)的构想,并取得了一定成效.随着新一轮基础教育体育课程改革的推进,我国体育教师教育领域存在的一些问题也逐步显现出来.借鉴美国PDS模式中教师教育的成功经验,对完善我国的体育教师教育模式具有启发意义.In 1980s＇, Holmes Group put forward to set up PDS（Professional Development Schools） in their report named THE TEACHER OF TOMORROW, and have achieved some results. As a new round of basic education reform of physical education curriculum, teacher education in our country sports fields have some problems revealed. Learning the teacher education in the mode of PDS with its successful experience is enlightening to perfect our country sports teacher education mode.
