湖南三个茶树主栽良种名优绿茶加工工艺研究

摘　　要：槠叶齐、碧香早和福鼎大白是湖南省茶园栽培的茶树主要品种,本文根据三个品种的特性,研究不同品种的名优绿茶加工工艺。结果表明,这三个中小叶茶树良种以加工成卷曲形茶总得分最高;通过对各工序的系统研究,制定了三个品种优质绿茶的加工工艺。Zhuyeqi ,Bixiangzao and Fudingdabai are the three main planted cuhivats of Hunan.This paper research the green tea processing technology from the three different teas cultivars＇ characteristics.The result indicated that they are classified into medium-small leaf species and to be processed into curling type tea.Processing design was made up for these three cultivars based on the systematically research of different processing step.
