摘　　要：本文通过语音、词汇、语法三方面的比较对照,探讨二外法语学习中的英语迁移现象,以期为英语专业二外法语初学者提供有效的学习策略与便捷的学习方法。By comparison and contrast of French and English in phonetics, lexis and grammar, this paper attempts to probe into the transfer of English knowledge to French learning in Second Language Learning context, the purpose ofwhich is to provide the beginners of French learners majoring in English with efficient learning strategies and methodologies.
