摘　　要：时间-温度指示器(TTI)是一种用于监测冷藏链中食品的温度变化历程的设备,也可以反映食品的剩余货架期,并指导食品的销售。文中说明了TTI的研究意义,概括国内外TTI的研究进展,并讨论了TTI未来的发展前景。Time Temperature Indicator （TTI） is one kind of device to monitor and record the temperature history in the cold chain. It can also indicate the shelf-life of foods, and help to make a reasonable distribution of such goods. In this paper, the research purport, developing processing and sort of TTI were introduced. Furthermore, the research actuality was proposed, and the foreground of TTI was also discussed.
