摘 要:以沙棘叶多糖得率为指标,通过单因素及正交实验,对水提、微波辅助及超声波辅助三种提取方法进行比较,超声波辅助法的最佳提取条件为:液固比60∶1,超声波功率700W,超声波作用时间40min。在此条件下,超声波法的最佳提取率为7.50%,高于微波法的最佳提取率7.05%和水提法的最佳提取率6.24%。实验结果表明:沙棘叶多糖具有一定的体外抗氧化能力,其中当多糖浓度为1200μg/mL时,对O-2.的清除率比同浓度的VC还高18.92%。Taking the rate of polysaccharide from Hippohae rhamnoides L.leaves as evaluation index, and through single factor and orthogonal tests, the three methods of extraction : water, microwave- assisted and ultrasonic- assisted,were compared.The results showed the best ultrasonic-assisted extraction rate of 7.50% ,higher than the microwave method the best rate of 7.05% and water methods the best rate of 6.24%. The best conditions of ultrasonic extract methods were as follows: liquid-solid ratio 60: 1, the ultrasonic power 700W, ultrasonic time 40min.The polysaccharide extracted from Hippohae rhamnoides Lleave had certain degree antioxidant capacities in vitro, for example,when the concentration of polysaccharide was 1200pg/mL, the removal effect towards O2- was of higher than Vc by 18.92% .
