摘　　要：本文介绍了网络课程平台的构建理念及建设模式,归纳总结了基于网络平台创建课程、培育教改项目的实践,展示了基于平台所实施的教学应用、教学成效及推广示范作用。This article is designed to introduce constructive ideas and modes of the online course as a public platform. In addition, it summarizes the experience based on online course constructed as a platform and education reform projects, and displays the application, outcome, and promotion of the platform-based online teaching and education.
