摘　　要：课程领导作为课程管理的一种新理念,与课程管理相辅相成,优势互补;课程领导通过引导学校课程愿景的建立、设计并管理学校课程开发、助推教师专业发展、再造学校组织结构、重塑学校课程文化等引领职业教育课程改革走向成功。As a new idea of the curriculum administration, curriculum leadership supplements with the curriculum administration. Curriculum leadership leads the reform of the vocational education curriculum to success by guiding the school to construct the curriculum vision, designing and administrating the curriculum development, driving the development of the teacher＇s specialty, reconstructing the organizing structure of the school, rebuilding the curriculum culture of the school, etc.
