摘　　要：结合教学团队的含义和特点,分析高职院校英语教学团队的现状,指出了教师团队结构、师资比例等方面存在的问题,并从师资引进、激励机制、教学理念更新等角度提出建议和对策,实现团队建设的优化。With the meaning and characteristics of teacher team,this paper,by analyzing the current situation of English teacher team in vocational colleges,points out the existing problems on teacher team construction and teacher structure,and puts forwards some suggestions and countermeasures for the introduction of teachers,the incentive system and the updating of teaching concept so that the construction of teacher team could be optimized.
