摘  要:主要研究了米根霉利用蔗糖和蔗渣发酵生产乳酸。从自然界筛得1株米根霉GY18,它能够快速代谢高浓度蔗糖,最高产酸量可达114.7g/L,转化率达95.5%。同时该菌可以利用蔗渣发酵产乳酸,在优化了纤维素酶的添加量及底物浓度后,乳酸产量由16.6mg/g(蔗渣)提高到101.1mg/g(蔗渣)。利用纤维素酶和米根霉同步糖化发酵蔗渣,产酸量最终提高到114.2mg/g(蔗渣),发酵周期由96h缩短为72h。因此,米根霉GY-18利用蔗糖、蔗渣生产乳酸具有很好的工业应用前景。Lactic acid production from sucrose and sugar cane bagasse by Rhizopus oryzae was studied. A lactic acid high-yielding strain Rhizopus oryzae GY18 was newly screened and isolated from the soil. It was found that the strain was efficient in utilizing high-concentration sucrose and the production of lactic acid was 114.7 g/L, with a yield of 95.5 %. And after the cellulase dosage and the substrate concentration were optimized, the production of lac- tic acid from sugar cane bagasse increased from 16.6 mg/g bagasse to 101.1 mg/g bagasse. Further, lactic acid production by simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) bagasse using R. oryzae GY18 and cellulase was carried out, and the lactic acid production was up to 114.2 mg/g bagasse, the fermentation time decreased from 96 h to 72 h. Thus, Rhizopus oryzae GY-18 may be a good industrial producer utilizing sucrose and sugar cane bagasse for lactic acid production.
