义务教育师资合理配置与保障机制创新研究——基于中部J省G市的实证分析

摘　　要：以师资配置非均衡发展的现实为基础,通过对师资配置实证分析和师资资源配置失衡的政策归因,指出义务教育阶段师资配置须以罗尔斯社会福利函数为价值取向,以弱势补偿为基本原则配置教师资源,加强师资队伍建设,整合教师资源,强化弱势主体的利益表达以及利益修正机制,建立和完善合理的评估体系,进而构建和谐教育。On the basis of unbalanced development of teacher allocation,the empirical analysis on teacher allocation was provided and the policy reason of unbalanced teacher allocation were analyzed.To build harmonious education,Rawls social welfare function should be taken as the value orientation for teacher allocation in compulsory education,the teacher resources should be allocated following the basic principle of compensation for weak,the construction of teaching staff should be strengthened,the teacher resources...
