高职院校德育困境及破解的理性分析

摘　　要：高职院校德育问题一直受到广泛关注,是当前各校普遍面临的难题。高职德育困境主要表现为德育目标政治化、德育内容智育化、德育方法机械化、德育评价终结化等。要破解德育困境,高职院校及教师必须结合职业教育人才培养目标及高职生特点,培育自己的德育文化,即回归人的主体性及对学生日常生活世界的反思,关注对学生集体及其发展的评价,回归学生成长的背景与其进行深入"交往"与"对话"。Moral education is a focused problem confronted by every higber vocational school nowadays. The predicament of moral education of higher vocational education include the following aspects： politics of moral education objective, intellectual education of moral education content, mechanics of moral education method and ending up of moral education evaluation. To break through the predicament, higher vocational schools and teachers must cultivate their own moral education culture, namely regress to the subjectivity of people and reflection on delay lives of students, and pay attention to evaluation on student collectivity and student development.
