摘　　要：八年制医学博士教育是我国医学教育国际化的重要改革举措,属于医学精英教育,对学生的临床能力要求较高,笔者对我国八年制与美国八年制(4+4培养模式)医学生的临床能力培养现况及差异进行了比较分析,以借鉴美国的成功之处,为改进我国八年制临床能力培养模式,提高八年制临床能力提供参考。The 8-year Medical Doctoral education, an important reform initiative in the process of internationalization of China＇s medical education is elite-oriented and has tough requirements for students＇ clinical competence. The paper conducts a comparison of the way to develop medical students＇ clinical competence between China and the United States, in a bid to provide some references for the improvement of clinical education in Chinese medical schools.
