摘  要:名师是指在一定地域范围内具有一定的知名度、认可度、影响力,且专业素养较高的优秀教师。本文基于问卷调查和访谈,发现影响名师专业成长的内部因素有专业发展愿景、自我效能感、实践磨砺、研究反思;外部因素有专业引领、关键事件、同伴互助;此外,中小学名师的专业成长还受到文化因素的影响。Famous teachers are excellent teachers who have a good popularity, nice recognition, strong influence and high major eapability iha 'certain area Scope. Based on the questionnaires and interviews, we find that the internal factors of their professional growth are the motivation of professional development, self-efficacy, practice, research reflection; the external factors are professional guidance , key events, and peers' mutual assistance; meanwhile, the famous teachers' professional development is also influenced by the cultural factor.
