摘  要:为建立茉莉花茶香气的固相微萃取/气相色谱-质谱(SPME/GC-MS)联用的快速检验方法,以"春毫茉莉花茶"为材料,研究萃取头类型、吸附温度、吸附时间和样品量对SPME吸附茉莉花茶香气的影响,同时研究脱附时间对SPME中茉莉花茶香气脱附效果的影响。结果表明:应用SPME/GC-MS技术检测茉莉花茶香气,具有简便、快速、准确和灵敏度高等特点;测定茉莉花茶香气的推荐条件为用150g茉莉花茶样品量、PDMS-100μm萃取头、在60℃下吸附2h、脱附时间5min。In order to establish a rapid detection method for the aroma from jasmine scented tea based on SPME-GC-MS, jasmine scented tea 'Chunhao' was used as experimental material to explore the effects of solid-phase micro-extraction (SPME) types, absorbing time, absorbing temperature, and sample amount of jasmine scented tea on absorption of aroma of jasmine scented tea by SPME, and the effects of desorbing time on desorbing of aroma of jasmine scented tea by SPME. The results showed that this detection method for the aroma of jasmine scented tea by SPME/GC-MS was characteristic of easy operation, rapidness, high precision and high sensitivity. It can be seen from the results that when the aroma of jasmine scented tea was detected by SPME/GC-MS, fused-silica fiber with 100 μm polydimethyl siloxane (PDMS-100 μm) was recommended to be used under the conditions that the sample amount of jasmine scented tea was 150 g at the absorbing temperature of 60 ℃ for 2 hours of absorbing time and 5 minutes of desorbing time.
