摘　　要：以灵芝、异麦芽寡糖、葡萄糖浆、琼脂、卡拉胶为主要原料,通过合理的工艺,研制生产低能量、风味独特的灵芝保健软糖,正交试验表明,产品最佳工艺参数为灵芝浓缩液25g,甜味料700g(异麦芽寡糖与葡萄糖浆比为1︰1),凝胶剂30g(琼脂与卡拉胶比为2︰1),柠檬酸0.5g。Use ganodorma lucidum, isomalt oligosaccharides, glucose syrup, agar and carrageenan as the main raw materials, through a rational process, developed a low-energy, unique flavor candy lucidum health by orthogonal test showed that the best technology products parameters of ganodorma lucidum concentrated liquid 25 g, sweeteners 700 g （isomalto oligosaccharides with plasma glucose ratio of 1 ： 1）, gel 30 g （agar and carrageenan than 2 ： 1）, citric acid 0.5 g.
