高职院校武术教师专业化的现状与发展对策研究

摘　　要：高职院校的武术教学是我国武术教育的重要组成部分,而专业化的武术教师是武术教学顺利开展的保证。通过文献资料法、实践经验总结法、逻辑分析法等方法,分析了高职院校武术教师专业化的现状及影响因素,并提出了高职院校武术教师的专业化的相关建议。Wushu teaching in vocational colleges is a important part of Chinese Wushu education,and professional Wushu teachers ensured the smooth development of Wushu teaching. Through the literature,practical experience in law,logic analysis and other methods, this paper analyes the current situation of the professionalization of Wushu teachers, and puts forward recommendations for higher institutions of specialized Wushu teachers.
