摘　　要：通过对当前高等教育新形势下工程训练中心师资队伍的现状及发展要求进行分析,并对如何建立一支思想素质好、实践教育能力和团队合作意识强的实验教学团队提出了相应的建议。This paper analysed the status and development requirements of laboratory team in engineering training center under the current new situation of higher education, and the way how to construct a experiment teaching team with high enthusiasm, the capacity of practical education and sense of teamwork was put forward.
