摘　　要：弹性学制在职业教育过程中,可以增强学生的主体意识,充分体现因材施教的原则,有利于学校的管理和发展。可以通过构建模块式课程体系;推行学分制与证书制相结合的教学管理制度;加强考核,严格过程管理的方式在职业学校中实施。The author probes into the main body of a book by the concept, the characteristic discussion and the elasticity educational system relation with vocational school to elasticity educational system, the vocational education having expounded and proven our country puts elasticity educational system importance into practice.
