摘　　要：研究了商映射与商空间的性质和应用,证明了连通性(包括道路连通性、局部连通性和局部道路连通性)、紧致性、可数紧、序列紧、可分性、Lindelf性是可商的,并给出了正反两方面的实例。Properties of quotient map and quotient space and their applications are studied systematically. The quotientability of connectedness （including path connectedness, local connectedness and local path connectedness）, compactness, countable compactness, sequential compactness, separability and Lindelof are proved. And the examples both positive and negative are given.
