摘　　要：给出了Hopf代数情形的Maschke定理的一种新的基本的证明，它不同于Larson及Sweedler的方法，还给出了Maschke定理的一个应用．A new basic proof of the Maschke's theorem for Hopf algebras, which is different from the method of Larson and Sweedler, is given. And an application of the Maschke's Theorem is obtained as well.
