摘 要:目的探讨反思日记反馈教学法对护理专业学生实践行为的影响。方法将2005级、2004级2个年级的学生分为试验组和对照组,试验组2005级在临床实践过程中按照相关要求书写反思日记并由专业教师进行及时反馈,对照组2004级在临床实践过程中只要求书写见习小结。分别对两组学生进行实践行为量表测评。结果两组在应用相关学科知识、职业情感、自学能力、沟通能力及分析问题、解决问题的能力等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论反思日记反馈教学法能有效地改善本科实习学生的临床实践行为表现。同时,反思日记反馈教学法为师生双方提供了一个平等、真诚的教学交流和情感互动平台,是一种有效的教学方法。Objective To explore the effect of reflection paper feedback teaching method on nursing students' clinical practice behavior. Methods The study involved 107 nursing students in Xinxiang Medical University. Fifty-seven students enrolled in 2005 were assigned to an experimental group,and fifty students enrolled in 2004 were assigned to a control group. The students in the experimental group wrote reflective journal in clinical practice as the relevant requirements and received professional teachers' feedback opinions in time,and the students in the control group only wrote practice summary. The students were evaluated by Practice Behavior Scale. Results There were significant differences in application of relevant subject knowledge ,professional emotion ,self-learning abilities ,communication skills and problem-solving abilities between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Reflection paper feedback teaching method can effectively improve undergraduate nursing students' clinical practice teaching quality. Meanwhile,it provides an equality and sincere platform of communication and emotional interactive for the teachers and students.
